What we process
Your account identifier, contact details, photos, messages, order choices and payment status are used to review and fulfil your request. Contact and appointment forms save your message, contact details and preferences for Anish to respond. We keep a daily hashed request-source identifier for rate limiting. The instant technical photo check runs on your device; photos are sent only with your order submission. Source photos and finished files are stored privately, accessible to your account and the studio owner.
Purpose and services
We use your iris photo for art, not identification or medical inference. It is not automatically published in a gallery. Services used are Sites hosting, Cloudflare storage, ChatGPT sign-in and, once connected, Mollie payments and Resend email notifications. We do not receive your full bank or card details.
Keeping and deleting
We keep files to handle your request. After delivery or rejection, you can delete the photos in My studio. Download your artwork first. Order and payment records may remain for administration. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of other personal data.
Your gift and permission
Anyone you give the downloaded gift file to can read its message and view the artwork. Upload only photos you may use; a parent or guardian must consent for a minor. We have added no advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting and sign-in may use essential cookies.
