Review and payment
Submitting a photo or preferred date is a request without payment. Anish first confirms suitability, any appointment and an expected delivery date. You then pay the approved package through Mollie when checkout is active. A preferred date is not a confirmed booking; Fedaa is available by arrangement.
Quality and delivery
Results depend on the source photo. We cannot recover details that were never captured. Website examples are illustrative studies. You receive a JPEG or PNG and can download an HTML gift letter. Suitable print sizes depend on the delivered resolution.
Changes and cancellation
Contact Anish before editing starts to change or cancel. We discuss the options based on what has been agreed and completed. Contact us if the delivered file differs from the agreed result. Your statutory consumer rights remain in place; these terms do not waive them.
Use of artwork
You may give the letter to its recipient and use the delivered artwork for personal display and printing. Upload photographs only with permission. Commercial reuse or use of website illustrations needs separate agreement.
